Mirman School

The Mirman School is a nonprofit, independent co-educational day school founded over 60 years ago by Dr. and Mrs. Norman Mirman to meet the needs of academically gifted children. The school’s facilities include a state-of-the-art learning center that opened in 2023, an updated library, multiple music and art rooms, two science labs, and a STEAM/innovation lab. The campus also features rustic outdoor space ideal for learning and thriving during the summer.

Classes meet Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Before- and after-program care is available at an additional cost. Approximately 140 students and 30 staff are expected to attend.

Nestled in the Santa Monica mountains, high above the San Fernando Valley to the north and the Westside to the south Mirman School is readily accessible from the San Diego (405) Freeway.
