Virginia Roach, executive director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, has a formidable track record as a nonprofit leader and higher education administrator and a strong commitment to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to work at the top of their potential.
Brian Boles joined CTY in June 2021 to lead the development and alumni relations team. He most recently served as senior associate director of development at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Prior to that, he was director of major and corporate gifts at Catholic Charities of Baltimore.
Tracy Curry leads the strategic, operational, people-centered delivery of CTY’s Human Resources function including its focus on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and employee relations.

Luke leads CTY's student recruitment; oversees the development of strategic partnerships with districts, schools, and other organizations; and is responsible for the delivery of professional development services to educators.
Samuel Robfogel leads CTY's efforts to work with educators, foundations, government officials, corporations and individuals worldwide who share CTY's commitment to prepare the world’s brightest young people to be the leaders and innovators of the future.
Senior Director, Marketing, Recruitment and Enrollment Management
Tricia Schellenbach joined the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth in 2014 as senior director for communications and marketing. She works with the executive director and others across the center to tell compelling stories about CTY's efforts to serve families, educators, and advocates of bright, curious young people and to help students find academic programming that meets their specialized needs.
CTY's senior director of research, Amy Shelton, joined CTY in 2014 as part of a joint appointment with JHU's School of Education. She holds joint appointments in the School of Medicine and Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and has served on the steering committee for the university-wide Science of Learning Institute.
