About the Course
Tackle a full year of honors mathematics with this Grade 6 curriculum that will set you up for success with Honors Pre-Algebra. In this course, students will be introduced to the theory and applications of rational numbers. Modeling and real-world problems are emphasized throughout the course. This course develops problem solving skills through numeric manipulation and visual representation of the topics presented, and provides ample practice through homework, videos, notes, and practice problems. Your assigned CTY instructor will be available for learning support and one-on-one review sessions for graded assessments.
