Established in 1975, The Woods Academy is a pre-K through 8th grade independent school in suburban Washington, D.C. Situated on a 6-acre, park-like campus the school boasts large, state-of-the-art classrooms, an Innovation Lab, renovated spaces throughout the south wing, indoor and outdoor athletic facilities, and a fully equipped stage. Located just minutes from downtown Bethesda, Md. and about 10 miles from Washington, D.C., this a convenient option for metro-area CTY families. About 60 students and 15 staff are expected to attend each session.

Classes meet between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students should expect to do between 30 and 60 minutes of homework each weeknight.
