Tracy Curry leads the strategic, operational, people-centered delivery of CTY’s Human Resources function including its focus on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and employee relations.
She is also responsible for providing strategic guidance to senior leadership to support organizational development, change management and other culture-based initiatives including the CTY Anti-Racism Steering Committee. Within the University she represents CTY on enterprise workgroups related to HR policy management and employee relations. Curry has more than 15 years of progressive HR experience leading data driven, proactive HR functions including prior assignments in private and for-profit K-12 education and staffing organizations. She holds a Master's Degree in Management as well as certifications in Compensation Administration (CCP) and Strategic Human Resources (SHRM-SCP and SPHR).
