The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth is pleased to announce it has earned a Bronze award in the 33rd Annual Telly Awards for Internet/Online Commercial Editing.
The 30-second web spot, A Love of Learning, was created by CTY's inhouse Communications and Marketing team. The clip features Awesome CTYer instructor Christine Metzger, whose Paleobiology class at CTY's Loyola Marymount site is a perennial favorite.
The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 and is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, the finest video and film productions, and online commercials, video and films. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world. These include The Discovery Channel, Harpo Studios, ESPN, Camp Creative, Ogilvy Entertainment, and many others.
“The Telly Awards has a mission to honor the very best in film and video,” said Linda Day, Executive Director of the Telly Awards. “CTY's accomplishment illustrates their creativity, skill, and dedication to their craft and serves as a testament to great film and video production.”
