CTY Scholars from Baltimore are, from left, Arly Bencosme, Donzell Brown, Me’Shiah Bell, and Alan RamirezFour bright Baltimore-area teens have been named CTY Scholars by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth and will start high school knowing they will spend the next four years working to make their dreams of going to a highly selective college a reality.

As part of the fully subsidized program, high school freshmen Me'Shiah Bell, Arly Bencosme, Donzell Brown, and Alan Ramirez will participate in challenging CTY courses and receive personalized college guidance, including tours of prestigious U.S. colleges.
