Most Marine Sciences resident assistants (RAs) are land-based half of the session, living in a residence hall, and field-based the other half, joining their students in daily sailing and camping. RAs are responsible for supervising students, providing support, and leading recreational activities. During course fieldwork, RAs supervise students and assist with ship and campsite responsibilities. RAs work weekends.
