Information Meetings & Conferences

Information meetings are hosted throughout the fall and winter months. Parent Network members are needed to present information on behalf of CTY or assist a school’s presenter by discussing their families' CTY experiences.  We also need assistance staffing CTY's display booth/table at conferences in select states. To learn how you can help in your area, please email tsparentnet@jhu.edu.

There are two award ceremony roles with which parents can assist:  Head Registrar and Registrar.  Head Registrars assist with event set-up and oversee the registration/certificate process and greeters.  Registrars greet families, handle student honoree check-in, and assist with programs and seating.  Both roles are crucial to the success of any award ceremony.
