Mexico is a land of great economic, cultural, and geographic contrasts. At CTY’s program in Mexico, students experience and understand these contrasts. Hosted by one of Mexico’s leading universities, CTY students delve into Mexico’s rich history, examine its pivotal role in Latin American economics and politics, and study mathematics and science at an institution where top scientists and business leaders are shaping the future. This three-week residential summer program (Sunday July 5 – Friday July 24, 2009) are for academically talented students completing grades 7 to 12 in Monterrey. This program bring together gifted adolescents from the United States and Mexico, offering students unique cultural and social opportunities in addition to challenging academic experiences. Dependent on enrollment and student interest, some courses may be taught in a bilingual format. Site Location The CTY site in Monterrey, Mexico offers courses for students completing 7th-9th grade, and students completing 10th-12th grade.
