Important Dates

October - February

New students test through the CTY Talent Search

No later than January 2, 2011

Regular registration opens

January 12

Course assignments begin. Students whose applications are in house by January 11 are considered for courses according to the ranking system described in Course Assignments and notified of their status by email on Friday of that week.

Every Thursday

Course assignments continue. Students whose applications are in house by Wednesday of each week are considered for courses according to the ranking system described in Course Assignments and notified of their status by email on Friday of that week.

March 31Financial aid application deadline

April 14

Regular registration closes

April 15

Late registration opens. Applications received April 15 or later are assessed a late fee.

April 10Payment Due -- Tuition & Fees. Balance(s) are due in full for students who registered during the regular registration period (which ends April 14). Please refer to Tuition and Fees for other important information on tuition payment deadlines and policies.

May 26

Late registration closes for session 1

June 23
