Application Process
Apply online, or download an application. Courses will be assigned on a rolling basis beginning January 14. For course assignment purposes, applications received on or before January 13 will all be considered to have arrived on the same date.
Notification
Students are notified of the status of their applications within one week of receipt of a complete application. Applications received prior to January 14 will all be considered to have arrived on the same date. Accepted students receive a Course Assignment Packet with all relevant details about the program and site, including travel information, opening and closing day schedules, a list of things to bring, health and medical information, rules and policies, etc.
Late Applications
Late applications (postmarked after April 3, 2010) are accepted and considered as space in the program permits.
