We help you use CTY’s website to put your best foot forward. We can help you review, organize, and redesign your web presences. In fact, we want to do that, since it keeps things consistent across the site.
When formatting pages, please follow CTY’s web style guide, which is up-to-date (3/2012) and comprehensive.
We write copy, whether it’s for booklets, brochures, postcards, direct mailers, posters, invitations, flyers or specialty publications. We write for clarity, accuracy, brevity, brand fidelity, and success.
Any communication sent to thousands of people needs to be done right. We can help you write the mass email you need, to mean what you want it to mean. We also approve all marketing E-communications sent through our central bulk emailer.
Coming soon: we plan to create a window of opportunity for departments to send email, so that your message can stand out and not cross wires with other emails sent at the same time by another department.
We maintain a photo stock of CTY images and can give you rights to access and draw from it. We also provide in-house photography service when possible, and help arrange for professional photographers as needed. For either need, email Chuck Beckman.
We can help you develop a video concept, then find the most cost-effective and best way to produce, edit, and display it. Email Matt Bowden.
