About CTY International

CTY International, a department within Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth, was established in response to international interest in identifying and nurturing high-ability, pre-university students. Nationally operated "CTYs," set up with CTY's guidance and training assistance, have been established in Ireland, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand, and Bermuda. CTY Hong Kong, at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, opened in 2010 and is staffed and operated by CTY USA. CTY is currently engaged in consulting projects with Egypt, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is in discussion with a number of other countries.
