Financial Aid

Policies

  • Common to all Financial Aid application procedures, with the exception of the Kershner Scholarship, is a demonstration of financial need through appropriate documentation. In general, families must complete the Financial Aid Application for a particular program and submit a copy of their most recent Federal Income Tax Return. Additional documentation may be requested.

  • Generally, students residing outside the United States are not awarded financial aid.

  • An account balance from a previous year or another CTY program makes students ineligible for financial aid in the current year.

  • Unless otherwise instructed, financial aid applicants are expected to pay the non-refundable program application fee for Summer Programs and CTYOnline.

  • Unless otherwise instructed, financial aid applicants are expected to meet the tuition deposit requirements of the various programs. Questions about the tuition deposits can be directed to the CTY Financial Aid Office at (410) 735-6024.
