Cat Bohannon

Cat Bohannon was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and has since lived in eight different states and four different countries. (Prague is still her favorite city.) She's taught science writing and literature course to university undergraduates for six years and has taught for Johns Hopkins' CTY program for five years - sometimes from Berlin and Vienna! Cat is currently a PhD student at Columbia University studying narrative and cognition. Outside of her research, writing and teaching, Cat is a studio musician, and has contributed drum programming, keyboards and vocals for various electronic rock bands. Her work is published in Science Magazine, the Best American Nonrequired Reading 2006 anthology and the Georgia Review, among other venues.
